Subject: Thank You Brad!

I want to take the time to thank you for the quality work you do, and hoping you continue to do the kind of work your grandpa taught you. He taught you to do a job that you can take pride in, and Dennis and I have enjoyed that quality for the last 2 1/2 yrs.

We have had to sell our home, as Dennis is working out of Omaha. We will forever miss our Hilmann screened porch, and the extensive woodwork that is in this home. We had the inspector out Saturday, who came up with ZERO problems. Most people have pages of things, from drippy faucets to wiring problems. But zero????? The guy told Dennis that all of the wiring is way above standard, and the quality of work is something he hasn’t seen in a long time.

I know in this day and age, people give complaints, but compliments are few and far between. So Bradley, just know that you do yourself proud, and continue to do quality work. It is greatly appreciated.
