Brad Plamann, President Dear Mr. Plamann, Since we’ve been in our home - coming up on six months now — we have come to really appreciate the quality of the work and the attention to detail you put into the construction of our home. Friends, relatives and visitors have all complimented us regarding the layout, lot, colors, trim and overall appearance. We have wanted to say thank you for a long time for the work have done for us while building our home. We also thought you would appreciate the positive comments we’ve experienced. We wanted to also say thanks for being helpful and going out of the way to fulfill our requests, even though at times they were out of the norm. We truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism in which you conduct your business. Additionally, it was a nice surprise to see your hands-on approach with which you are involved throughout the process. This speaks volumes of your attention to detail. We are very detailed oriented and often hard to please. While we were hundreds of miles away during construction, it was comforting to know we had someone on the job with our best interests in mind. As you are aware this is our fourth new home. We’ve certainly had our share of experiences with many builders. Our experience during the construction of this home was among the best.
