Despite having a superintendent managing the job sites, it is extremely likely you will find Brad (builder) on a job every day actually getting his hands dirty doing one project or another. “Our fleet of trucks are all fully equipped with toolboxes for a reason. If we see something that needs attention on the jobsite, we find it more efficient and satisfying to correct it ourselves immediately, rather than waiting for a sub to do it later”. It is for this reason that Hilmann Homes has very few warranty issues that come up after the home is complete, in addition to building a superior product.
