Brad Hilmann has such confidence in his product that he not only built 3 spec homes on the same street where he previously lived, but he also built one right next door to his prior residence.  In addition, he has built homes for four sets of relatives (including his grandmother) in a community where he presently builds.  Some builders may try to avoid having relatives and homeowners living side-by-side in a community as there could be conflict of interest.  Hilmann isn’t concerned about this as…"our reputation speaks for itself!"

We have many return customers who had been transferred out of town and returned to the area again and seek another Hilmann Home.  Additionally, we have homeowners who have “grown-out” of their current Hilmann Home and turn around and build a larger one with us.  Last but not least, we receive many referrals from homeowners (both current and prior), subcontractors, various real estate agents and city planning and development employees.
