Once the homeowner faxes or emails a list of warrantable items to the office, their service is scheduled and completed generally within 1-2 weeks. We strive to use the best subcontractors in all phases of construction to minimize those nagging problems that occur later on in the process. Hilmann Homes has used the vast majority of the same contractors since the beginning of the companys existence.
The potential buyer of any Hilmann Home is given the opportunity to review our extensive manual that outlines all warrantable and non-warrantable items before they purchase our product. Calling referrals that have been in their home for over a year and have experienced the warranty process, is a great way to research your builder and his reputation.
